Bullying at Workplace - Identify and Deal with it

Bullying has becoming more and more common. The number of cases rise rapidly over the years. It can be found everywhere in the world and the age range of the victims suffer from this is large, from child to adult or even elders, which means anyone can be the victims. Bullying can be found at the workplace. It causes big impacts towards the organisations, such as profit loss, death, bad working environment, etc.  People are often hesitant to make complaint about this, whether they are the victims or when they see it happens to others. Why is this happening? It is most likely because people are worrying that making a complain may affect their future in the company, especially when they are bullied by someone with higher rank in the company. The employee with higher rank may end up without been penalised which is discouraging for people to make a complaint as it is not going to work and instead they may be victimised as they are at lower rank.
